As a French filter manufacturer, Technicis has developed and patented a range of high-capacity pleated cardboard filters designed to meet the demands of industries applying large quantities of paint and varnish, often on automated production lines.
We have measured and observed that the lifespan of our high-capacity filters is twice as long as the previously used "standard" cardboard filters. These results were recently confirmed by the world's largest furniture manufacturer, which uses our "VHC" filter in its automatic varnishing lines—allowing them to reduce filter replacement frequency by 50%!
This filter is also available in an "Adaptable" version, which can be directly used as a replacement for standard cardboard filters in existing spray booths and extraction walls.
Manufactured from 100% recycled 250g/m² kraft cardboard at our factory near Nantes.
