We design double-sided gripping hands. A real tool for robots and manipulators in production lines, the gripping hand / gripper with inserts is a self-contained, continuous and secure loading station presented to the customer.
The double-sided hand will allow inserts to be placed on one side of the mould before retrieving the finished parts on the other side. It is capable of re-centring itself both in the drawer and in the mould for gripping and placing the inserts while ensuring the control of the inserts.
Thanks to its compliance module, the hand can repeatably re-center itself despite possible inaccuracies in the robot. It then picks up the finished parts and checks the presence of the inserts. Finally, a double drawer has been set up for positioning to ensure constant operation of the cell while allowing a certain degree of autonomy and industrial safety.
