Spetec modules achieve a special particle-free air quality through the integration of fans and filter systems: the modules generate a unidirectional air flow and the filter system removes particles from the aspirated air.
The laminar flow module, equipped with a ceiling attachment system, can be used, for example, as a fresh air shower or can be integrated directly into the housing of a machine. Up to 100 slave modules can be controlled with a single control unit (optional) using the Master / Slave function.
The main filter is installed in a cassette screwed underneath the filter module. This form of installation is particularly advantageous when the modules are suspended from the ceiling or mounted on clean room cells. The filter can thus be easily replaced from below. If the manufacturing process does not allow replacement from below, it is also possible to replace it from above.
The laminar flow modules can also be used in cleanroom systems with fixed walls or cleanroom cells equipped with a strip curtain.
The flow speed can be adjusted in 8 steps. The setting includes the "night lowering" (eco) mode to save energy costs as well as the "MAX" function when the workplace, rooms or appliances are to be cleaned.
8-stage flow speed control with night lowering and purging function
LED indicator of the set flow speed in m/sec.
automatic flow adjustment (optional)
fault display and filter change signal
interior lighting switchable via control panel (optional)
connection to the building management system (PLC interface) possible (optional)
service interval indicator, depending on the duration of use
Master / Slave function: mounting position independent of the laminar flow module
Energy consumption is reduced to a minimum thanks to the use of latest-generation DC fans with very high efficiency.
