Depending on the flow of material the systems can be loaded and unloaded on the front side or alternatively, be loaded on the front side and unloaded on the rear side.

As in the majority of cases it is possible to clean parts in pairs, the performance can be increased considerably.

Features:

Blast cleaning and deburring of castings, descaling or shot peening of rotary parts

  • One manipulator, up to 4 blast wheels
  • Combined shot blast and shot removal chamber
  • Loading and unloading from front side or alternatively loading from front side and unloading from rear side
  • Parts can be cleaned in pairs
  • Execution as robot blast machine possible
