  • Single strand longitudinal blast cleaning four wheels with or without stream guide plates which can be adjusted to suit the cross section of the material within seconds
  • Descaling of round, square, hexagonal or flat wire and bar.
  • Machines with 3, 4 or 6 blast wheels
  • Enveloping circle diameter of 2 – 55 mm for wire and up to 130 mm for bar.
  • Drawing speed up to 240 m/min
  • Use of the guide plates concentrates the blast stream directly over the surface to be descaled. This ensures maximum energy efficiency. The guide plate system further allows for smooth introduction and passage of smaller diameter wire. In the open position the liners are used as protection plates
  • Components exposed to wear are made of high-quality, wear-resistant material
  • Additional equipment such as reels, straightening units and driving devices, loading and unloading systems ensure a high efficiency degree
