The patented ThermoRef bi-chromatic reflectometric SWIR band pyrometer from INNOVIDEA partner Phonoptics is capable of measuring the precise temperature and emissivity of a moving target in real time, without contact, thus correcting any changes in surface and emissivity.
Comprising a fiber-optic, optically collimated measurement probe based on two lasers with wavelengths of 1300nm and 1550nm respectively (Class III B), and a control unit with 7-chip touchscreen and 32Gb SD card, the ThermoRef is powered by 24V (mains adapter supplied).
Its measurement frequency is 10Hz (100Hz possible as an option) and its input/output signals are in GIGE or 4-20mA. It is also equipped with a Class II laser sight.
The entire electronic unit can be controlled remotely via an Ethernet connection.
All measured and calculated data can be displayed and stored: luminance temperature, reflectivities,
bichromatic temperature, emissivity-corrected temperature, reflectometric bichromatic temperature
and much more.
The user can view the different values over time, with a self-adjusting scale.
