This versatile labeling machine is available with two motorization options, offering a choice between a standard asynchronous motor for simple tasks or an advanced brushless motor for performance reaching up to 15,000 products per hour.
NERVA's network architecture simplifies the integration of multiple labeling heads, enabling seamless operation, scalability, and easy modifications.
Additionally, this system is equipped for remote management, allowing operators to control features and make adjustments from a distance.
The NERVA applicator head is designed for continuous labeling in flow-through processes, maximizing throughput without compromising product presentation quality.
This labeler also offers an optional inkjet printing system, adding an extra layer of versatility for on-the-fly printing needs, such as batch numbers or expiration dates.
It can handle a standard label height of up to 170 mm and can be upgraded to accommodate labels up to 300 mm.
The NERVA can also manage outer roll diameters of up to 300 mm while offering two mandrel sizes: a standard 40 mm or an optional 76 mm.
