Presentation

The ALTAMIRA mutlimodal phase microscopy kit allows the user to observe transparent samples without the use of development products (dyes, fluorochrome, metallization). Alternative to Zernike or Normasky techniques, easy to use and affordable, ALTAMIRA is a turnkey solution offering several techniques (brightfield, anomal phase contrast CPA, oblique, single or real time differential phase contrast).
It includes the µLight Gen II structured illumination source (spatio-chromatic) with its controller, the interface for adaptation to the microscope, a USB2.0 color camera with 3Mpixels resolution and the ALTAMIRA software.
The kit can be used on new or old transmission straight or invereted microscops.
