The dynamic PreFeeder 3500, a cable feeding system within the Schleuniger assortment, is powerful, competitive, user-friendly and space-saving.
All axes required are electric driven. As of its special clamping and power system no shaft - axes and additional carriers are needed. For high dynamic, the integrated cable accumulator is optimally adjusted with the dereeling drive. Surveillance functions provide greater security during setup and operation.
Despite the small dimensioned housing, it can take spools with a diameter of 400 – 920 mm (15.75 - 36.2) and 315 – 712 mm (12.4 - 28) width. The cable accumulator is integrated as a set up onto the deleerer housing. It functions according to the dancer arm principle.
User-Friendly & Simple Operation Concept :
The operating elements are clearly arranged and logical in their use. The simple operation concept with motorized axes allows spool handling by one person. Thanks to the spool lift even 300 kg (661 lbs.) spools can be aligned with minimal effort. The ergonomically arranged rolls of the cable accumulator allow a quick cable loading. The spools are electrically lifted at the push of a button.
The active deleerer is loaded from the front side to save space.
The PreFeeder 3500 is built according to CE standards. Additional safety functions automatically control the operation and efficient functioning of the processing line.
