ZED profile

Sadef offers an unbeatable range of ZED sections,

- up to 450 mm height,
- 5 mm sheet thickness and
- profile lengths up to 20 m.

They can be foreseen of integrated connections in order to facilitate assembly.

The flanges of Sadef Zed building components have different widths so that the sections – by means of an overlap – can be nested at internal supports of a continuous beam.

The Sadef Zed sections, used as a continuous overlap beam, in combination with high-grade steel results in an optimal stiffness and strength in relation to its weight. Compared to the IPE sections, the use of Sadef Zed sections results in a weight-saving of 60%.

Sadef-sections are provided with the necessary holes and supplied just-in-time to site, ready to assemble. The accessories required - e.g. cleats, anti-sag bars, and suchlike - can also be supplied, as standard.

These Sadef Zed building components can be used for residential as well as industrial buildings as roof purlins, side rails or mezzanine floor beams.
