Neosold 400 carries out reliable and rapid selective laser soldering or remelting. The innovative closed loop control system in temperature ensures the absence of thermal stress on the components which, especially in the case of power LEDs or sensors, require particular attention in the assembly phase.
The simple programming of the software, which can also be used offline, enables welding programs to be developed quickly for different boards. The system SW also allows soldering profiles carried out to be memorized, supplying a valuable tool for end-traceability.
