The ultrasonic welders of the USP-ROTOR series have been designed and manufactured using state-of–the-art technologies (CAD, CNC). These welders are manufactured following customer’s needs. Using a rotary table with several positions makes the welding cycle faster. An additional automatic ejection systems enables to further increase the productive cycle. The loading of the parts to be welded is usually done manually. The USP-ROTOR welders can be supplied with ultrasonic generators with power supplies from 500 up to 3000 Watt, frequencies of 20 or 36 kHz. The generator will be chosen according to the shape of the parts to be welded. The USP–ROTOR welders are equipped with a cycle control done by a microprocessor.
