With currently four machine versions, the NUCLEUS Rotosonic DX1 presents itself as an individual all-rounder. Simple retooling and unique free-range diversity ensure maximum flexibility in all areas of application. Flat-layed goods, three-dimensional structures, hard-to-reach small parts, closing or closed mouldings – an optimal free arm is available for every application.

Downward-arm This downward-arm version is ideal for welding the longitudinal seam of a sleeve or tube of any length.

Pillar (angulated)

Particularly well suited for welding three-dimensional shapes, such as hoods, caps, bags etc.
 

Pillar (straight)

Is used to weld a seam or hear at the end of sleeves or tubes. In addition, it is particularly suited for welding bottoms in tubes and containers, as well as for welding annular seams or hoses.
