UC 12 Ultrasonic Cleaning Compound for Ultrasonic Cleaning Units
The new ultrasonic cleaning compound UC12 from OTEC is, due to its special composition, very well suited for many applications.
Due to its degreasing ability, oils, fats and waxes are easily removed from the surface.
Oxidation and oxide scales as well as rests of solder will be removed effectively to support subsequent processes.
Of cause UC 12 also cleans tarnished surfaces with additional brightening effect.
Many metals and metal alloys can be cleaned, including gold, silver, copper, brass, tombac, bronze, aluminium, stainless steel.
UC 12 is preferably used at a working temperature of 50°C - 80°C. Even at temperatures above 80°C the surface of parts will not tarnish.
The product itself can be treated very well in a waste water treatment unit or micro filtration unit, unless there are oils, fats and waxes in the process.
