Presentation

Electric turntable oven for the heat treatment of resin applied to a stator.
Manual loading and unloading (by operator) or by robot.
Parts are loaded on one or more levels in the front part of the oven.
The loading area can be closed by electrically or pneumatically powered doors.

The rotary kiln is ideal for continuous production, for medium series,
offering the avantage of a reduced footprint.
Dimensions (average): 2,20 m x 2,60 m x 2,50 m

The oven is customized, according to the customer's request.
It can contain for example two zones, a heating zone and a cooling zone.

Easy to set up and start up. The oven can be moved by a forklift.
Start-up within 48 hours.
Suitable for all thermal processes up to 300 °C.
Applications in the automotive sector:
-curing of resin on stators (trickling, dipping)
-bonding, potting of resins or glue on electronic power cards (EMS) or switches
-bonding, potting for inverters, batteries (BMS)
