  • This machine combines the mechanical features of CNC cleaners with the flexibility of rapid-change milling unit models.
  • The RAY_P1 can be equipped with the same standard tools fitted on upmarket cleaners, thus making it possible to completely clean the welded corner
  • More specifically, you will find: the two upper and lower knives for cleaning the welding bead (quickly replaceable with those for covered profiles); the two drilling units (top and bottom), to allow you to clean the seal transit hole (or in the event of the seal already being fitted, the space between this and the inner part of the profile); a supplementary tool for working the glazing bead side and finally the double-spout vertical knife, recognised by the market as the best solution for finishing the inner corner of any shape (linear, sloping with double slope or radiated)
  • Finally, as in the case of the FR series, cycle start can be switched from automatic to semiautomatic, so as to be able to load frames with very small internal dimension (160 mm.
