The TC-100 OverPack™ is a heavy duty Thermal Control Unit consisting of a triple-walled fibreboard box containing a heavy duty polystyrene inner container and lid. This over-pack is designed for the temperature control of your substance during transport.
The TC-100 OverPack™ has a dry ice capacity of 75.0kg (Approx.)
Dry Ice Loss Rate: 481 grams per hour. Loss Rates were calculated with a constant external ambient temperature of 30°C, results will vary in different environments.
Additionally, the TC-100 OverPack™ is approved to be used with the UN Certified Class 6.2 Bio TransporterCARGO™ (CODE 424) Combination Packaging for long distance shipments of Infectious Substances and Diagnostic Specimens.
Please note: for the transport of Infectious Substances, UN Approved Packaging MUST BE used within the TC-100 OverPack™. When used alone, the TC-100 OverPack™ is not a UN Certificated Packaging.
