Tetra Pak® Sifter TR201 is specifically designed to safely remove foreign matter from any powder with MIE > 3mJ. The sifter is fully suitable for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Tetra Pak Sifter TR201 is fed through a dosing device by gravity. The product is then introduced through a short feeding screw into the sifting chamber.
A rotor with blades sends the product through the tubeshaped sieve. The fine particles go through the sifting perforated grid and are collected at the sifter outlet. Particles larger than the sieve mesh size are pushed to the rejection outlet.
