Tetra Pak® Dust Filter TU FL005 is specifically designed to dedust bag-tipping stations. The filter is equipped with a fan and can be used for suction applications.

The unique, compact design allows easy fitting in an existing installation or in a limited space.

Maintenance is easy thanks to quick access to the filtering sleeves. The filter has a cylindrical stainless steel body and is suitable for the food, plastic and chemical industries, for products with MIE > 3mJ.

The process air goes through a filtering media where the dust particles are retained. Compressed air is sequentially injected inside the round bag.

A reverse-jet effect is then created, dedusting the filtering media. The dust is either collected or sent back into the process. The round shape of the bags creates a hygienic environment, as there are no creases to collect dust.

The cylindrical design of the body also prevents powder retention.
