Trainlifts in the TR series are semi-automatic lifts attached to the train that have been specially designed and produced for use on trains.
It is an access system with vertical movement serving to overcome the step between the floor of the train and the ground/platform. The lift is a safe and gentle way for wheelchair users to get on and off of trains.
The lift can be operated solely by authorized personnel, such as the conductor. The Trainlift is designed for railway platform heights ranging from 380 to 1000 mm.
