Easy Packer welder is a simple and robust manufacturing in Europe. It lets you seal bags solder (polyethylene or polypropylene thickness up to 2 times 150 µm). To seal, the operator keeps the upper arm of the unit closed during lean times. The impulse duration is adjustable and indicated by a red led. It is always important to respect the time of cooling after welding by supporting the arm closed for a few seconds. This operation allows the material to resume its structure to get a good sealing quality.
These devices are also available:
- with knife, thus making bags from under the jacket references EP-200-C, EP-C-300 and EP-400-C
- with hot welding wire for welding and cut the material at the same time, the references EP-200-COW, EP-300 and EP-COW-400-COW
