The Samurai/X is a high performance, low powered, advanced featured, L2 (Controller, PHY and Memory) five and six-port 10/100 Mbps TX/FX switch family. The Samurai-X is the environmentally friendly “green” package version.
The Samurai/X is aimed at the low port market for such applications as multimedia devices, routers, gateways, IADs and VoD applications. Featuring support for Layer 4 QoS, IGMP implementation in Hardware aswell as software, Port Mirroring and an ultra low power design process,the Samurai/X provides a cost-effective solution for 5 and 6 port switch controller applications.
