The production line was developed for the industrial production of disposable surgical masks. The fully automatic assembly line is based on a scalable concept and, depending on the configuration, designed for high speed production of up to 150,000 masks/day.

  • Processing of up to four separate fleeces from coil
  • Feeding, cutting and application nose strip
  • Ultrasonic seam welding (cross and longitudinal seam)
  • Mask cutting
  • Turning
  • Cycled transport
  • Ultrasonic welding of ear strips
  • Stacking (stack of 10 masks) on unloading conveyor belt
