The NCP3135 offers high efficiency, fast load transient response, and can operate in CCM/DCM (automatic continuous/discontinuous modes) or FCCM (forced continuous conduction mode). High switching frequency reduces the output filtersize.

The device offers enable and power good indicators that can be used for sequencing and is offered in a small 3 mm x 3 mm QFN package. The device is targeted for 5 V and 3.3 V Point of Load (POL) applications and is well suited to powering servers, solid state drives, embedded systems, base stations.
