The ROTAGO series stands for reliable and efficient solutions for finishing ball valves.
The ball lapping machine can perform both automatic and manual lapping processes. This allows the machine to be flexibly adapted to different requirements.
Particularly noteworthy is the ability to lapp the ball onto both sealing seats simultaneously. This saves time and ensures even and precise processing.

Another advantage is the integrated dosing device for lapping oil. This ensures a controlled and even supply, increases the quality of the lapping process and efficiently organises the use of materials. For ergonomic handling, the machine has an adjustable control panel that can be customised to the user's needs.
The ROTAGO series also offers infinitely adjustable contact pressure between the valve seats and ball. Various workpieces can be precisely machined and optimally adapted in all DN ranges. Thanks to pre-programmed machining sequences and the option to select individual parameters, the machines can be used easily and effectively.
The user interface, which is available in the respective national language, is particularly practical. This makes operation easier and minimises potential sources of error.
With machining programmes for DN ranges from 32 to 600 mm and the ability to machine balls with a diameter of 50 to 900 mm and a weight of up to 1500 kg, the ROTAGO series covers a wide range of applications.
