Flexible production of small to medium sized parts in a robot cell where the production mainly consists of small parts, but larger sheets must also be possible to process occationally.
The robot picks up the sheets from an inpallet table and the finished products are placed on a pallet or roller conveyor. As an option, the roller conveyor can have a pallet magazine for empty pallets.
MOTOMAN standard press-brake systems include; orientation table, regrip station, media supply and manual tool changer. The safety fencing can be modified to suit the size of the workpiece.
