A short exposure to heat for five minutes prepares your skin, opening your pores.

In the LODARIUM cabin, heat is kept at 45ºC with 75% of relative humidity and aromatic scents can be inhaled. These conditions, milder than the ones in a sauna, allow your heart and your breathing to work smoothly while your skin is moisturized.

Once the fango or mud has been applied to the skin, regeneration starts back in the heat room:

Intense inner regeneration: Toxins and impurities are eliminated through sweat

Maximum skin regeneration: Mud and fango do not dry out on the skin. No wrapping is needed. The absorption of nutrients and the elimination of toxins is easier. Not to forget that the softly itching sensation of wet mud on the skin incites the user to a self-exfoliation, enhancing again absorption and cleansing.

The program goes on and invigoration starts. First removing mud from your skin with a stimulating Contrast Shower. The vascular system is finally rebalanced with a contrast hydromassage from feet to head at the Grand Scottish Shower that also provides a smoothing skin treatment with essential oils.
