Side Shift - Hook-on

This model has significant improvements compared with the previous unit.

VISIBILITY is improved by 21% and represents a benchmark in the field.

Specific care has been devoted to the design of the UPPER BAR which integrates in one single piece the mobile upper hook and the fork carriage bar. This very compact design gives the following advantages: 

- lower weight (- 9% in comparison to the previous model),
- extremely robust construction,
- easier servicing and installation.

UPPER SLIDING PADS have an increased thickness for a longer life.
This feature is further enhanced by the pads being completely protected from water and dirt and by the inclusion of greasers.

The LOWER PADS are also thicker and equipped with greasers. - The new adjustable lower hooks have an innovative design to allow a safe and easy installation. The hook has a slot to allow vertical adjustment to compensate for the wear on pads and is coupled to the sideshifter frame on a sloped surface which keeps it its fixed position.

The installation is very easy thanks to the handling hook fixed to the upper bar.

The CYLINDER with double rod gives an equal sideshifting speed in both directions. It can be quickly and easily disassembled for improved maintenance.
