• Shelving uprights (depending on configuration) :
  • T175 profile, 80x70x1.75 mm section
  • Perforated every 50 mm

• Industrial shelving braces :
  • Galvanised “C” profile 30x25 mm, to be bolted

•  EPSIRACK shelving footplates :
  • Galvanised steel sheet 160x112x4 mm, with 14 mm diameter perforations
  • Frames must be fixed to the floor to ensure completely safe use of the shelving.

•  Dimensions of shelving for heavy loads:
  • Heights: up to 6 metres in increments of 500 mm
  • Depths: 750, 900, 1100 mm

•  Load capacities :
  • Up to 9 tons per frame depending on configuration and use

•   Finish :
  • Sendzimir galvanised.

  • For locking the beam in place on the frame upright and avoiding accidental unhooking.

  • Epoxy paint, orange RAL 2004.

• Tubular, mesh or electrozinc wire shelves:
  • The shelves allow storage of non-palletised items.
  • They meet the safety standards and requirements of sprinkler type fire protection systems and maintain brightness in warehouses.

•  Frame column guards on the EPSIRACK industrial shelving:
  • The column guards protect the angled or contoured frame shelving.
  • They prevent deformation of the frames and limit the effect on the overall structure in case of impact.
  • For completely safe use of your shelving.
  • Recommended where handling equipment is used

•  Anti-collapse systems :
  • For effective protection of gangways and goods.
  • Mesh panel 50x70 mm welded to tubular structure.
  • The panel frames are fixed onto the corners at the back or onto the sides of the shelving.
  • The panels are assembled in a “brick wall” arrangement.

•  Mesh doors for the shelving:
  • Secure and practical equipment for effective delimitation and protection of bays.
  • Double leaf doors H. 1100 or 1600 mm for fitting to levels of length 2700 mm.
  • Can be padlocked.
