Rotomoulding site: 6000 m² in the Puy de Dome.

Three types of machine to meet your various needs: carrousel, shuttle and rock and roll.

Processing capacity of up to 20 cubic metres.

Rotomoulding enables very big parts to be produced with thicknesses of up to 20 mm. The plastic material used is currently polyethylene or micronized polypropylene.

Carrousel machine: 3 work zones for 3 simultaneous operations: big production capacity.

Right arm: useful surface 3150 mm dia

Elbow arm: useful volume 2700 dia, height 2200 mm.

Shuttle machine: 2 operations are carried out simultaneously to increase productivity.

Right arm: useful surface of 2400 mm dia

Elbow arm: useful volume 2100 dia, maximum height 2100 mm.

Rock and Roll machine: a machine adapted for producing very bulky parts which are long and cylindrical. Production capacity up to 20 cubic meters.
