Rotating or pivoting devices require a lubrication fluid to ensure a long service life. Rotary Seals and Shaft Seals are used in components with oscillating or rotating parts to keep lubrication fluids in while at the same time preventing the ingress of mud and water. Our rotary seals demonstrate excellent performance in many different rotary situations and ensure that the long term performance of components is maintained.
Furthermore, they demonstrate low-friction properties and provide excellent resistance to wear. These high-speed applications operate generally without any or at very low pressure.
In some rotary seals, for example the Radial Oil Seal, the range of application extends beyond fluid sealing. The special profile design ensures that this seal can also act as a scraper in situations with helical movement. In general, Radial Oil Seals are designed for sealing shafts and spindles where the focus is on long-lasting sealing efficiency. The Radial Oil Seal consists of a variety of elements, namely a rubber sealing lip, a metal case and a tensioning spring
A V-Ring® is mounted on a shaft and seals axially against a counterface such as a shaft collar, a thrust washer or a bearing face and normally rotates together with the shaft. The contact pressure against the counterface is relatively low but sufficient to maintain the sealing function

Turcon® Varilip® PDR seals are PTFE rotary shaft lip seals suitable for high surface speeds with low pressure. They provide stick-slip-free running with low friction and wide media and temperature range compatibility.
