You want to attach rip-n-zip® - closures in your plant after the filling of your bags? The In-line Applicator offers you the perfect solution.

The Inline-Applicator is a dependable machine with years of field experienced in the harshest of plant conditions.

Millions of closures are attached annually on filled bags at customer plants in the USA and Europe with the Inline-Applicator.

The Inline-Applicator is integrated into the existing filling line.

After the bag has been filled, the rip-n-zip® closure profile is attached in 5 process steps:

The top of the bag is flush-cut to improve the ease of application and the appearance of the final product

Gluing of the rip-n-zip® profile on the filled bag

Welding end-stops on each side of the profile and punching of the handle in the case of rip-n-zip® Generation IV

Sewing of the easy-open pulltape

Cutting off the end of the easy-open pulltape
