Meeting the Atex recommendations, the rigid disc.O.Flex RLM series disc coupling can easily accommodate angular misalignment from 0.5 ° to 1.5 °.
 
Made of steel, this coupling model effectively withstands harsh environments, has no wear parts and is rigid in design.
 
Compliant with ISO 9001, the Disc.O.Flex RLM series is equipped with overload rings which protect the disc during momentary torsional overloads.
 
Using a strobe light, the condition of the disc packages can be inspected while the machine is running.
 
The particularity of this rigid coupling model, marketed under the Rathi brand, lies in the ease of evaluating the misalignment of the equipment.
 
There is no need to use lubrication.
