rip-n-zip® - Generation IV sets the standard for press to close zipper profile functionality and convenience of use. This profile is particularly adapted to all bags that are moved often after opening. We recommend this closure system for bags up to 10kg/25 lbs.

Applicable packaging types:

rip-n-zip® - Generation IV can be applied at the filling site to either multiwall paper bags or plastic bags and is available on pre-made bags as well. The rip-n-zip® - Generation IV is compatible with any usual bag type (sewn open mouth, pinch bottom, block bottom, cross bottom, valve, woven polypropylene, laminated plastic bags, and single-wall polymer bags).

rip-n-zip®-Generation IV is also available in the following special order version:

rip-n-zip®-Generation IV, Stitch-Free: tamper-evidency is achieved by means of an ultra-sonically welded seam instead of a sewn seam. Applicable for packaging containing up to 10kg/20 lbs.
