The Fluidline return pump station can take the crushed metal chips and the used metalworking fluid in a fully automated process. The way the system works is similar to the Vacoline®. The only difference being that the chips are pumped away from the operating machine with the metalworking fluid. This mixture can be collected in a central metalworking fluid treatment system, separated and processed.
