WOMA introduces new hot water units, the EcoTherm 600/40 and EcoTherm 800/32

The hot water units EcoTherm 600/40 and EcoTherm 800/32, recently launched by WOMA, operate in performance ranges typically achieved only by larger ultra-high pressure systems. With water heated up to 95°C, they are particularly effective for cleaning environments with oil-based contaminants. This makes the unit suitable for professional users cleaning facades, heat exchangers, small pipes, industrial floors, or other surfaces where oils and fats need to be removed or lubricant-containing coatings need to be removed.
More power and greater ease of use
Mounted on a 1-axle trailer, the unit features the extremely reliable and durable WOMA high-pressure pump 70Y, a special plunger pump for challenging industrial cleaning applications, with 53 kW drive power, available in the variants 600 bar and 40 l/min, and 800 bar and 32 l/min. With these parameters optimized for hot water applications and increased flushing power, good cleaning efficiency can be achieved.
Smart system technology, greater safety, and ease of use
The unit and hot water generators are operated via a modern and intuitive shared control system. Automatic shutdown of the heating elements in the absence of water flow increases safety and saves energy costs. The system is depressurized when the gun is not activated, ensuring maximum safety for the user. The rugged and ergonomic radio remote control is also available for operation, with a range of up to 300 m and a battery life of up to 8 hours, ensuring the highest level of ease of use and safety, even in particularly challenging environments. The graphically prepared user interface offers maximum ease of use. In addition to displaying operating parameters and error messages, it enables bidirectional communication and thus full access to the entire range of functions of the high-pressure unit.
