This new machine uses electromagnetic dot peen technology. It integrates and installs easily in all industrial environments, even the most demanding, thanks to its rack-mountable and flush-mountable controller and 3-sided mounting on the marking head.
 
Its software benefits from the same ergonomic design as the Connect.series range and is revolutionary in its simplicity of use and programming. The controller has a 16-channel card that can be fully configured. As for connectivity, the machine is compatible with Ethernet IP and Profinet communication protocols.
The solution also includes a maintenance feedback and prevention system to avoid production stoppages.

Technomark presents its latest innovation, Comby. An electromagnetic dot peen marking machine controlled by a tablet to answer both a portable AND a bench use.
 
Comby is a complete 2-in-1 solution! It takes just 10 seconds to switch from portable mode to workbench mode and vice versa, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial requirements.
 
Like the entire Connnect.series range, the marking head communicates with its control unit, a tablet, using a secure Wi-Fi protocol, and has a 22V lithium-ion battery. Comby is a 100% wireless combined machine that can be used for both indoor and outdoor marking.
 
Precision with simplicity
In workbench configuration, thanks to its robust all-in-one column base, you can position the head and start marking in a few seconds. The cast aluminium base is compact and ergonomic. Its universal T slot allows all types of clamping systems to be fitted, such as a rotary axis for marking cylindrical parts (on the circumference as well as on generator). The adjustment wheel allows the head to slide along the column for fast, precise height adjustment.
 
Traceability in motion
In portable mode, the operator can move around freely to mark medium to large parts that can be heavy or difficult to access. The 5-in-1 support foot of the marking head enables it to adapt to the shape of the parts to be marked (flat, cylindrical, bar end...).
 
Intuitive control software
The Connect.app application, developed by Technomark, is compatible with Android tablets. It's ergonomic, easy to use and accessible. It has two user modes (administrator or production) as well as numerous functions: creation/modification/import of marking files, visualisation of the marking area, access to maintenance modules and error display.

60 or 120, make your choice!
The dot peen marking machine controlled by a smartphone called Buddy, is now available in a 120 size. Available since the end of 2022 in a 60 size, a larger marking window is now added to the range to meet the needs of the increasing number of users.
A larger size for more possibilities. 120*60 mm are the new dimensions of the marking window available for Buddy. Already considered a musthave in its 60 version, the XL one is likely to be a success!

What exactly is Buddy?
It’s the latest addition to Technomark’s Connect.series range (electromagnetic dot peen marking machine) designed to meets the need for 100% nomadic use.

The operator can move around freely thanks to its always-ready smartphone, which acts as a control unit. If necessary, he can still mark within a 10 meters radius between the head and the smartphone. The user can now mark in both indoor and outdoor environment, without any limits.

Submitted to license, the smartphone application Connect.app developed by Technomark is compatible with Android 10+ and is available on Google Play. Its intuitive user experience allows to create, set and launch markings quickly and easily with the smartphone. In terms of connectivity, the marking head communicates with the smartphone with a secured Wi-Fi protocol and the application allows real time marking data and maintenance feedbacks.

The embedded technology content in the Connect.series marking head is still the same and makes it as performing as ever. To note, a weight of 3,2 kg for this new model, only 400 g more than the 60 version. Whether in 60 or 120 version, Buddy really has everything to please to users.

The Buddy model, the latest addition to the Connect.series range, comes to offer a brand new mobile electromagnetic dot peen marking solution. Unlike the majority of portable machines on the market, Buddy is designed to meet 100% nomadic use. The operator has all the freedom to move around as he wishes since his smartphone, always at hand, acts as a controller. If necessary, he can still make his markings up to a distance of 10m between the head and the smartphone. The user therefore now has the possibility of marking outdoors as well as indoors, without any limits.

Subject to license, the smartphone application developed by Technomark is available on Google Play and is compatible with Android 10 and later versions. Thanks to its intuitive user experience, it makes it possible to create markings, configure them and launch them quickly and simply via the smartphone. It is also possible to import files via a PC. On a daily basis, several users can have the application to control the marking head and two levels of users are available. The administrator mode allows you to create markings and the production mode to make them without additional settings. On the connectivity side, the head and the smartphone communicate using a secure Wifi protocol and the application allows the feedback of marking or maintenance information in real time. Another advantage is that it is not necessary to have a reader thanks to the code scan function made possible with the smartphone's camera.
