From the 29^th of September until the 1^st of October we will exhibit with VARIBOX at the CFIA exhibition. Our VARIBOX FC, is the IBC for the detergent industry, a value-added packaging for hygienic environments. The IBC when hygiene is important

The VARIBOX FC is a safe and reusable IBC approved for the transport of dangerous goods, easy to handle and resistant to corrosion. Designed with a PE pallet, inner bottle and cover, the VARIBOX FC is offered without any external metallic parts and available in different colours. No corrosion and flaking paint. Hygiene is no longer an issue. The VARIBOX FC is easy to clean because of its shape which allows an optimal emptying, less than 0.5l will remain inside its inner bottle. The material and production technique provides our VARIBOX FC with a smooth interior, making sure that your product hardly sticks to its packaging.

Added value for you and your customers

VARIBOX FC offers considerable cost savings compared to more conventional containers. It is a durable and reusable double-walled IBC, equipped with a dip tube for a safe and leak-free emptying on top of the container. It is available in 2 volumes, 1000 and 800 litres and stackable when full to optimise space for storage in your warehouses and during transport. Mainly made in plastic and reusable, the VARIBOX FC ensures minimal environmental impact during your daily operations. A new VARIBOX IBC is coming soon 25-06-2020

A new VARIBOX IBC is coming soon. The final countdown has begun! There are just 7 days left until the official product launch of our new compact VARIBOX IBC. It comes with the same qualities as you know and expects from VARIBOX, including the closed system and integrated spill containment. The new IBC has a fraction of the footprint. Just as all the VARIBOX IBCs, the new IBC will meet the European and Dutch regulations (UN, ADR, PGS 15 and PGS 31).

Creating a safe working environment

The ultimate goal of VARIBOX is to create a working environment where safety is the number one priority. Through its unique and safe design, the new IBC is a double-walled IBC with integrated spill containment. This gives you and your customer a safe solution and the flexibility to put the VARIBOX in every desired location without having extra drip tray facilities. Besides that, when connected the VARIBOX remains completely closed – in this way chemical contact is avoided. By being proactive and helping our customers we can improve safety in the chemical distribution.

The reveal in just 7 days

In just 7 days the new VARIBOX IBC will be released. The new IBC will be available from the second of July. The new IBC can be equipped with the extractor tubes, level-sensors and seals. RPC Promens is introducing its proven Varibox IBC into the UK and Ireland, offering the ideal solution for the safe and cost-effective handling of hazardous chemicals.
 
Roto moulded in polyethylene, the robust construction of the Varibox features an inner container enclosed within a strong outer cover, and incorporates a special discharge valve for easy dispensing of product with no need to remove a cap.  To meet the specific needs of the UK and Irish markets, the standard 2-way secured entry pallet has been augmented with the availability of a 4-way secured entry version, allowing even greater flexibility in the movement of the container by a forklift or pallet jack without compromising on safety.
 
Equally important, the internal container can be reused for up to five years, providing a cost-effective means of transporting and storing chemicals while delivering an improved carbon footprint.
 
The strength and sturdiness of the Varibox ensures maximum protection so that product quality is maintained throughout the logistics chain.  Integrated vents automatically open for safe dispensing and a pressure release system is available for products that cause a product build-up.  Dip tubes with leak-free quick connectors are a further option for discharge from the top of the container.
 
The Varibox is available in a choice of colours and can incorporate company logos for effective branding.  The easy-to-clean design prevents product contamination and large recessed label areas provide plenty of room for all required product information.  A built-in RFID tag enables the Varibox to be tracked at every stage of its journey.
