SPIROL offers pre-stacked spring washers (greased or ungreased) in custom configurations, shrink wrapped with a perforated tab for easy insertion into the assembly. This saves time and avoids errors in the assembly process.

Stacks should be guided to keep the washers in position. The preferred method is interior guidance, such as a rod through the interior diameter. In case of external guidance, the use of a sleeve is recommended.

In both cases, the guide component should be case-hardened to a depth of at least 0.6mm and a hardness of 58 HRC. Roughness less than or equal to ≤ 4 microns is also recommended.
