LEXAN is a LEXAN polycarbonate resin produced by Sabic and marketed by POLYMIX for customers in a wide range of sectors: automotive, cosmetics, electronics and electrical, packaging, industry, etc.

Available in a wide range of viscosities, this resin is environmentally friendly, flame-retardant, heat- and weather-resistant, scratch-resistant and more. It has a number of properties such as biocompatibility, FDA compliance with strict USP requirements, optical quality, etc.

LEXAN polycarbonate resin is available in several grades: food and medical grades (USP class VI ISO 10993 FDA), opaque and transparent grades, injection and extrusion grades, glass-fiber filled grades from 10 to 40% and UL94 V0 (ECO FR) flame-retardant grades.
