Fields of Application

PE bottles, powder compacts, caps, etc.

Suitable Plastics

HDPE, LDPE as well as on PS, PVC, ABS, SAN, PETG and PP (with metal die)

Stamping Tools/Stamping Temperature
Metal die:

  • 140 - 160 °C / 284 - 320 °F on up-and-down stamping
  • 160 - 190 °C / 320 - 374 °F on peripheral rolling-on Silicon rubber die:
  • 150 - 180 °C / 302 - 356 °F on up-and-down stamping
  • 160 - 190 °C / 320 - 374 °F on peripheral rolling-on
