PackInsert® boxes

The PackInsert® box allows us to respond to the problems encountered more and more frequently by our clients:folding and inserting leaflets with an increased surface into the packaging.

In fact, the PackInsert® box with its integrated leaflet allows the client to free himself from the folding/insertion step of the leaflet in cases where leaflets with very large dimensions can prove to be difficult to handle and a source of numerous mini-stoppages on the production line, or even impossible without providing a new folding machine.

This solution, developed mainly for the Belgian and Swiss markets, where the print surface of leaflets is becoming very significant, does not require modification of existing folding lines,does not affect production rates and allows packaging and leaflet to share logistical arrangements.
Manual or automated packaging on clients’ existing production lines.

The imprint of the leaflet is performed during the gluing stage of the packet.This operation depends on several factors (leaflet format, type and packaging format). Feasibility and cost are studied on a case by case basis.
