NCR’s SelfServ Entertainment solution is ideal for use virtually anywhere customers visit – from supermarkets, to convenience stores, to quick-service restaurants, or even malls and airports. The solution also supports “rent here, return anywhere” if desired.

NCR SelfServ Entertainment helps to minimize shrink by applying a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag to all DVDs. RFID technology is also used to perform physical inventory of the kiosk, and it can be done remotely to validate product inventory at anytime.

The NCR SelfServ Entertainment solution includes a suite of system management and reporting tools that identify and trigger an alert if any kiosk problems should arise.
