The portable MCA100 Syn is suitable for single point syngas measurement, and performs continuous measurement of CH4, CO2, CO, O2 and H2, with or without activation of an internal suction pump t. This is the MCA100 Syn Portable version and is designed for those who need to monitor the synthesis gas composition at different points and do not require continuous analysis. The analyzer is mounted inside a rigid impact resistant housing, equipped with a 5.7 ”touch screen, capable of recording up to 1000 data analyzes, has a battery life of 6 hours and has a unique ETG remote diagnostic system via Ethernet, which allows us to verify the functionality of the tool directly from our offices, providing assistance wherever you have an internet connection. The MCA100 Portable is entirely designed and developed by ETG.
The MCA100 Syn uses NDIR technology for the analysis of CH4, CO2 and CO, the electrochemical cell for O2 and the analysis of H2 in TCD.
 
The measuring range can be changed according to customer requirements.
