MSBU - The Modular System :
The MSBU line of drill heads was developed for clients who repeatedly work on mechanical parts in small series production. The amortization of standard multi spindle drill heads is not possible under these circumstances. A multi spindle drill head in the MSBU system is assembled with only 5 different reusable components. All components except the spindle plate can be used to assemble multi spindle drill heads for other drill patterns.
Typical Areas of Application :
Machining precision pieces in often reccurring small series is an ideal application for MSBU drill heads, especially flange drill patterns and thread cutting operations on blanked or punched parts.
