90 DEGREES BOX DIVERTER

D90

This is a motorized conveyor with 48 mm. diam. Rollers. These rollers are clutched, they stop if a box, on them that can not proceed and it will start again once the stop is removed. Once that the box arrives it will activate the limit switch that will give the approval to the other harm to move the box pneumatically to the other side.

Motorized BELT conveyors 500 mm. wide.
The lengths are 1, 2, 3 and 4 mt.
The standard speed is fixed of 14 mt/min.
Adjustable speed can be supplied (option).
Two special belts can be supplied:
for food products
for inclined usage (with more grip)
Side guides can be supplied (option).
Support legs are included in prices. They are ST of low profile conveyors.

HD50

Motorized ROLLER conveyors 500 mm. wide.
Two lengths are 2 and 3 mt. Roller diameter 48 mm. – Pitch 76 mm
The standard speed is 14 mt/min.
Adjustable speed can be supplied (option).
Fixed motorized rollers (M) and fractioned rollers (MF) are available.
The friction rollers stop when there is a box on them that can not proceed (as D90). Side guides can be supplied (HG).
Support legs are included in prices. They are HST of high profile conveyors.
