Single-track tugger train to transport your wheeled containers quickly, easily and efficiently to the line side.
This ‘milk-run train’ model is designed for both indoor and outdoor use.
Thanks to its gantry system, containers can be inserted and removed either side of the train (right and/or left side) in any order, yielding a remarkable gain in productivity.
Manual activation of a push button on each wagon raises and/or lowers the containers effortlessly and extremely quickly. The electric energy is then transferred from the tractor by PTO to power the train, thus avoiding the need to add external batteries on the different wagons.
The wheeled containers do not touch the floor for the entire run.
The presence of a mobile arm also helps to secure them.
The maximum working load per mother cart is 900 kg (according to the client’s specifications).
The tugger train can transport wheeled containers measuring 1200 x 800 or 1200 x 1000 mm. Dimensions can also be altered to meet your specifications (custom-built).
