Machine for the milk heating and processing, for the production of cheese with a continuous motion. It allows to vary the speed of the treatment in a precise and reliable way, according to the working times.

The mixer is equipped with a propeller, a solid stainless steel structure and a number of settings that let you choose the desired function and process the product in a very delicate way.

Operating method:

Heating and processing of the milk with speed control, according to the processing times.
Precise and gentle curd cutting with a special curd cutter with helix.
Highly precise speed control through electronic inverter.
Cleaning of the tanks with a special central cleanser.
Stainless steel cover for the gearmotor.

Provided also with horizontal structure, according to the need of space.

Strictly Made in accordance with EU regulations.
