RASACHECK A is integrated into the sawing centre as a universal length measurement module for round, square and rectangular tube and fully automatically ejects all reject parts immediately.
The mechanical measurement system tests every work piece using two measuring plates. Reject parts are detected, automatically ejected from the process and collected in a separate container; this keeps the batch from becoming contaminated with out of tolerance parts.
RASACHECK A has very high system precision.. The work pieces are reliably transported using a walking beam conveyor. The system warns of any tendency to approach tolerance limits and shuts the line down when a freely definable error frequency is reached. It has an interface for electronic capture and analysis of measurement data.
On request, fully automatic check of the tube-end geometry can be integrated.
