Measures quickly and accurately the main spectrometric characteristics of LEDs and marks them on the PCB while the machine is working, by means of CO2 or YAG laser source, in order to supply an essential visual support during the task of final assembly.
All the measurements carried out – light intensity [cd], light flow [lm], main and peak wavelength [nm], colour coordinates and colour temperature – are then memorized in the internal system DB or sent via email.
The simple programming, together with the opto-electronic adaptors developed by Osai allow it to be used in production, with fast times and reduced costs, for any type of LED.
